[Using Sakai] importing tests into Samigo

Hi Christina,

We don't have any experience migrating from a commercial assessment system
to Samigo. But I know there are some tools written by other schools can
translate the XML from different systems into Samigo. Users from these
schools might be able to help you more.

And starting from 2.8, Samigo will be able to take XML exported from
Respondus.
