[Using Sakai] Adding Data in Sakai-Demo

Hi,
I am new to Sakai, I have just set up Demo project. I want to know that how
can I add Department, Course Terms and other required information in it for
further use.
I tried with admin user also but nothing there. There are only two terms
entered while go for new course site. How can I add more and edit these.
