[Using Sakai] Angel migration to Sakai

Hi folks,
Friends of mine at another institution are contemplating moving from ANGEL to Sakai. I know when we moved from Blackboard to Sakai we were able to use the Bfree tool from UNC to help us extract course content and move it to Sakai. Does anyone know if there is a similar tool to do this with ANGEL content?
