[Using Sakai] Test and Quizzes [Scanned]M2

Hi all.

 

Can anyone help me on how to create  a question In the format seen below from moodle into sakai:

This is the format I used in moodle : 1 = {1:SHORTANSWER:=TT} 2 = {1:SHORTANSWER:=TRC} 3 = {1:SHORTANSWER:=FRC} 4 = {1:SHORTANSWER:=FY} 5 = {1:SHORTANSWER:=FT} 6 = {1:SHORTANSWER:=Reboiler} 7 = {1:SHORTANSWER:=Steam} 8 = {1:SHORTANSWER:=Column} 9 = {1:MULTICHOICE:~%~±~x~Average of~Difference of~Sum of~=Square Root} 10 = {1:SHORTANSWER:=Bottom Product}
