[Using Sakai] Assignments - Return All

We're running 2.5 and I've used the upload all feature to get all of the feedback attachments connected with the student records. When I uploaded, I selected 'release uploaded information to students'

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have RETURNED the feedback attachments to the students. Is there a way to do this without clicking through 130 assignments? "Release Grades" doesn't seem to be doing the trick...
