[Using Sakai] Question about Assignments > Return to Student

I'm on QA2-US, and here's the workflow I followed -

- Create a new course site, with two users, one instructor, one student.
- As instructor, create a new assignment, with 100 points possible. Add assignment to gradebook.
- Grade the assignment
- grade the student user
- Enter 'Instructor Summary Comments' and upload a file in response. Give student grade, allow resubmission, and 'Return Assignment to Student'
- See a note that grade and comments are saved. Return to list.
- See that Release column is not checked. and the status is 'graded'.
- login as student, do not see that instructor feedback has been released.

I notice that if I don't attach a file in my instructor response, then the grade does get released, and student can see my comments and re-submit. So perhaps the file upload is causing a problem?
