[Using Sakai] 2.5x add participants question: labeling in "Official Email Address or Username"

Luke:

This flexibility is added via SAK-10762 "Modify WS Setup to allow for
adding participants via email address". UserDirectoryService would find the
right official user to match the entered email address afterward.

Do you see any inconsistencies in your system?
