[Using Sakai] Tools that are timezone-aware?

Hi Katie,

    The discussion tool has been officially deprecated, so I'm not  
sure that it will see much support to fix this problem. All other  
tools, to my knowledge, do make use of the timezone preference though.  
If you find any that don't (excepting discussions), I'd write it up as  
a bug.
