[Using Sakai] Tools that are timezone-aware?

We have campuses in two timezones and individuals in many more regions.
We've discovered that not all of the tools seem to adapt to the timezone
settings that a user sets in Preferences (Discussion Forums being the main
culprit).  This is especially problematic for the campuses that are in a
different timezone than our Sakai servers.

Does anyone know of a source of information on which tools are
timezone-aware (or more importantly, which aren't)?
