[Using Sakai] Where can I find a good getting started with Sakai course(free)

Hello Everyone,

My institution has recently decided to use adopt sakai as its LMS, I have
been given the responsibility to train our lectures on how to use sakai for
delivering thier courses.

Can anyone say where I can find a good  online course that will get us
started.
