[Using Sakai] Locking down browser for Tests & Quizzes

One option you good try, if the computers are network is to limit the pages
that the client can browse to during the test, you can do this by using a
web filter software, I good opensource one is DansGuardian.This will allow
you to specify that the only site they can go to is the test site.
