[WG: Sakai QA] SAK-10159: Google RSS feeds

I want to confirm that the recommended fix for SAK-10159 is to set the  
user agent in JAVA_OPTS to -Dhttp.agent=Sakai and that this supersedes  
Matthew's proposed patch.  If so, I'd like to close the issue and get  
the demo startup script changes merged to 2.7.x.  The fix is also  
applicable to 2.6.x and probably 2.5.x as well.  Yes?

We will need to add this JAVA_OPTS setting recommendation to the  
release notes.
