[sakai-pmc] Fwd: [apereo-projects] Conference Space Requirements

Unfortunately, I was not planning on being there Thursday so I won't
be able to attend. I had planned for Sun afternoon and Wed afternoon
based on last year and based on the email thread Matt Jones refers to.
Do we have a sense of who can and cannot attend various days?
Maybe we should do a doodle poll?
