[sakai-pmc] Archiving pages and spaces in Confluence

Just trying to figure a way to get started poking around and see if I 
make any progress. And in the process if there are pages or spaces that 
clearly look like they are not being used, take advantage of the 
opportunity to archive them. In most cases, I will probably need to ask 
someone. Those pages will need to go on the log with a status of review.

As an example, I archived one page that had nothing on it. That seems 
safe. On the other hand there is a space for a Contrib tool called 
Agora. It seems safe to archive this tool. Nobody mentioned Agora in the 
tools survey. It appears to have been superseded by Big Blue button. On 
the other hand it was last edited in 2012 so perhaps there is still 
useful content there, for someone?
