As a point of information, where this information is publicly
documented or discussed? I ask because the Google group on the Apereo
incubation page has zero messages, and there has been effectively no
movement in the older Incubation Group's Jasig spaces (Confluence,
Jira, mailing list) for more than 2 months.

My assumption is that all of this is tied up in the formation/merger
of the Apereo Mentors Group, which now includes the Incubation group,
that was announced in October.
