[Building Sakai] Sakai 10 Bulding Error

It's finally installed. After several attempts and several
configurations, the only one that works was:
- JDK 1.7.0_76
- Maven 3.3.1
- Tomcat 7.0.59
- Sakai 10.4
The test are still failing, but it works if I skip them.
