[Building Sakai] Sakai 10 Bulding Error

When I release Sakai 10, I always run it with the regular "mvn clean
install", not skipping tests.

So either the tests that are failing are failing randomly and I've been
lucky, or they're only failing on an environment that I'm not running on
(Linux). I just ran 10.x right now and the tests passed.

I had this random entitybroker failure in a full build with 10.2, but that
was fixed in 10.3 (https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-27818), which
is why I'd commented about the version that was tried. There are possibly
also failures with the tests with Java 8, but those failures in the tests
will lead to issues at runtime as well.

I can't reproduce the specific one that is mentioned on the SO.
