[Building Sakai] soft delete feature

Hello all,

I would like to test soft delete feature in local Sakai 10.2 box.
I enabled both site.soft.deletion=true and site.soft.deletion.gracetime=30
I also selected site.visit.softly.deleted and site.del.softly.deleted for
the instructor.

The reason I am writing this email is that I cannot find soft delete button
in WorkSite Setup.

What am I missing?
