[Building Sakai] iTunesU-tool build errors

Hi:

We are receiving errors on building iTunesU-tool in our Sakai 10.3.x release

We first received these errors and removed these dependencies:

[ERROR]   The project org.sakaiproject:sakai-itunesu-tool:1.0-SNAPSHOT (C:\Sakai-src\10.3.x\itunesu-tool\itunesu-tool\pom.xml) has 3 errors
[ERROR]     'dependencies.dependency.version' for org.sakaiproject.jsf:jsf-tool:jar must be a valid version but is '${sakai.jsf.version}'. @ line 55, column 16
[ERROR]     'dependencies.dependency.version' for org.sakaiproject.jsf:jsf-app:jar must be a valid version but is '${sakai.jsf.version}'. @ line 60, column 16
[ERROR]     'dependencies.dependency.version' for org.sakaiproject.jsf:jsf-widgets-sun-depend:pom must be a valid version but is '${sakai.jsf.version}'. @ line 66, column 16

Now we are receiving this error:

Failed to execute goal on project sakai-itunesu-impl: Could not resolve dependencies for project org.sakaiproject:sakai-itunesu-impl:jar:1.0-SNAPSHOT:
The following artifacts could not be resolved:
org.sakaiproject.kernel:sakai-kernel-api:jar:10-SNAPSHOT,
org.sakaiproject.kernel:sakai-kernel-util:jar:10-SNAPSHOT,
org.sakaiproject.kernel:sakai-component-manager:jar:10-SNAPSHOT:
Could not find artifact org.sakaiproject.kernel:sakai-kernel-api:jar:10-SNAPSHOT in sonatype-nexus-snapshots (https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots)

Does anyone know what we need to do to resolve this issues?
