I will assume you mean the Sakai 10.3 tag, so use '10.3' (if you meant 10.x branch, use '10-SNAPSHOT') for the parent Sakai master version.

You removed those dependencies? You will need to add them in, otheriwse the tool won't work.

Change ${sakai.jsf.version} to ${sakai.version}.
