[Building Sakai] kernel version in sakai 10.3 master pom

Hi all,

The pom.xml in master for 10.3 lists the kernel version as 10.3T. Is 
there a reason for this or is it just a typo? None of the previous tags 
of Sakai 10 have the T in the kernel version.
