[Building Sakai] User Password Reset

That's correct, but if you're using Sakai 10+, the logs will warn that 
resetRoles is deprecated.
The following properties were introduced:
accountValidator.accountTypes.accept: overrides resetRoles; behaves the same
resetPass.resetAllRoles: when true, overrides everything to allow any 
account type to reset their password
