[Building Sakai] User Password Reset

It should work with any user you store in the sakai database. Maybe you 
should take a look if there is any restriction in sakai.properties. We 
use the properties described below to decide which user types can reset 
their password.

resetRoles.count=9
resetRoles.1=guest
resetRoles.2=external
resetRoles.3=registered
...
