[Building Sakai] Installations of different kinds of datepickers

Sam,
Were working off of Sakai 10. I'll take a look at putting together a patch to standardize the use of the jQuery UI date/time picker across Sakai.
Would we want to just go with what we currently have for the jQuery date/time picker?

Hi Will,
We're all in agreement and there has been significant movement in the past year to a standard, correctly-internationalized date/time picker (the jQuery UI date/time picker in orange in your screenshots). If you have a patch to submit to help close the gaps, I'd be glad to review it and help get it committed.

We were recently debugging a problem with the datepicker in assignments and I came across the fact that Sakai uses 3 different types of datepickers.
IMHO, not only is this very hard to debug since we would be dealing with totally different systems, it is also very annoying to this user since they would have a different UI for each time they want to pick a date.
I think it would be in the best interest of not only the developers and admins of Sakai but also to the user if we were able to settle on one type of date picker across Sakai. Other than perhaps Gradebook2 which is Google AWT, I do not see a need for multiple types across Sakai.
