[Building Sakai] PUSH notification service for mobile devices.

Hi Alex,
We have successfully implemented Push Notifications in our upcoming Sakai
Mobile App (http://twitter.com/Sakai2Go <https://twitter.com/Sakai2Go>) .

I will be presenting during the Sakai Virtual Conference (
http://t.co/j2LnRx7UIN)  and I am planning to share some technical details
of our implementation.
