[Building Sakai] ckedit v4.4.5 (SAK-27960)

Some of our MacOS users are complaining about bugs in ckedit in sakai 10, the issue of most concern would be fixed by moving to version 4.4.5. I notice that https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-27960 is aimed at moving to 4.4.5 in sakai 11.

I have a couple of questions

1/what's the status of this ticket?

2/ could this editor be used in sakai 10.x? Could the patch (when ready) be back ported to the 10 branch?
