[Building Sakai] nightly trunk down

Looks like the the nightly trunk build is down. This seems to be
because of problems downloading from terracotta repository:

Could not transfer artifact
org.terracotta:terracotta-toolkit-1.6-runtime:pom:5.6.0 from/to
terracotta-releases
(http://www.terracotta.org/download/reflector/releases): Failed to
transfer file: http://www.terracotta.org/download/reflector/releases/org/terracotta/terracotta-toolkit-1.6-runtime/5.6.0/terracotta-toolkit-1.6-runtime-5.6.0.pom.
Return code is: 500 , ReasonPhrase:Internal Server Error. -> [Help 1]

At the moment it's still returning 500 errors for me.

I can't see the terracotta artifacts in the standard maven repository
so I think we just have to wait for them to come back. This highlights
why we should try to minimise the number of repositories we depend on.
