[Building Sakai] Site Info Add participants

You can find all these strings in the following file in the sakai source code:

sakai/site-manage/site-manage-participant-helper/src/bundle/org/sakaiproject/site/tool/participant/bundle/sitesetupgeneric.properties

You'll need to recompile & redeploy the site-manage-participant-helper module.
