[Building Sakai] Sakai exam registration

Hello,

I would like to know whether there is a tool or a way to have students
register for exams.
I know that it could be realized with the Sign-Up tool, but unfortunately
when using it and exporting the list of students that registered for an
event all their names are in a single column, which makes it impossible to
use in production.
