[Building Sakai] Further rewrites for Subversion "commit detail" URLs

Hello,

Can the ViewVC-style Subversion "commit detail" URLs (sill used in
Jira and the source mailing list) be rewritten differently by Apache?
For example, take a recent core repo commit whose details used to be
at:

http://source.sakaiproject.org/viewsvn?root=svn&view=rev&rev=309093

This old ViewVC URL is being rewritten to show a directory listing
instead of the commit details:

https://source.sakaiproject.org/websvn/listing.php?repname=sakai-svn&rev=309093&path=

Can it be rewritten instead to:

https://source.sakaiproject.org/websvn/revision.php?repname=sakai-svn&isdir=1&rev=309093&peg=309093

to show the actual detail?

A similar "contrib" repo pair would be:

http://source.sakaiproject.org/viewsvn?root=contrib&view=rev&rev=86233
https://source.sakaiproject.org/websvn/revision.php?repname=sakai-contrib&isdir=1&rev=86233&peg=86233
