HI Carla,

Yes, turned off by default, easy to turn back on with a property :

Technically, not stealthed, the layout option is turned off, but again, 
easy to turn back on with a property.

OSP will not be in Sakai 11, so you should start planning appropriately. 
There is new Portfolio effort happening - Project Karuta :
