[Building Sakai] titleEditableSiteType depreciated?

HI all

In our current 2.9 sakai.properties build we have


titleEditableSiteType.count=3
titleEditableSiteType.1=course
titleEditableSiteType.2=project
titleEditableSiteType.3=collaboration

to duplicate this functionality  (ie: to edit the title of those 3 site types) in sakai 10 we would be to set

site.type.titleNotEditable=""

Is that correct?
