[Building Sakai] Blogger Tool for Sakai 2.9.3?

Right, I'm sure Clog is the only tool out there that imports old Blogger
entries.

BlogWow is still maintained and works well in 2.9.x:
https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/programmerscafe/blogwow/branches/sakai-2.9.x/

I will make sure it also works well in Sakai 10.
