[Building Sakai] default.css and other css files set by the admin in lesson builder

Hi:

I've seen that is posible to define a default.css file for lesson builder
by the admin and this makes it available in all the sites (or at least this
is how I've understood the help documentation of lesson builder)

How can the admin set this file?

Can the admin set several css files to be chosen in all the sites, not only
the default? If yes, how?
