[Building Sakai] Upgrading to Sakai 10? Let me know please

If your institution is planning to move to Sakai 10 soon, I would be 
interested in hearing about it. I would like to keep tabs on who is 
moving when (roughly) and also learn the top things that you are looking 
forward to in Sakai 10.
