[Building Sakai] Sakai Neo Chat

You shouldn't need to explicitly set any ports in the jGroups config, just
the channel should do the trick. Portal chat uses jGroups for all the
message sync stuff, so having a scout around in the jGroups docs on the
JBoss site won't do any harm. If you're running a firewall, you need to
make doubly sure that you open up all the jGroups ports between your app
servers.

Cheers,
Adrian.
