We're going live with Sakai 2.9.3 this week, and ran into an issue with neo-chat. We have a 3 server cluster, but when a server is on one node and a user is on another, when a chat is initiated, all we get is User is Offline. We've set the channel, and everything looks right in the logs. Any ideas? Do the ports all need to be the same on each server?
