[Building Sakai] Sakai 10 Config questions

Hey,

I am currently trying to configure the delegation tool from Sakai 10.
Could somebody restart the delegation test server
(http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8085/portal) and possibly deliver the
sakai.properties file with all the delegation flags enabled?

Is there any documentation about how to activate and initiate the indexing
of the new ElasticSearch?

The "Admin Site Permissions" tool is for synchronizing site templates with
their instances.

I also wrote some documentation about the RBAC model of Sakai (as far as I
understood it) is there any interest for any documentation into that area?
