[Building Sakai] Sakai 2.9.3 CLE My Workspace Schedule Merged View 5th row problem

Hi:

In IE, but not Firefox, we have discovered when an instructor is in "My Workspace" using merged calendar, that a course which appears to be scheduled on Saturday should be on Friday and the 2nd entry on Friday should be on Wednesday.

I only found one related Jira for this:

Schedule events intermittantly display on wrong day in week view in My Workspace
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-13120

I added a comment and a Word doc showing images of this issue.

You can see on the first page, in the image, to the right of row 5, another cell. It appears as thought the cells are being shifted.

Plus, on that same row, under Wednesday, there is not a border above 10 am

On another note, I was wondering if a feature could be added to allow users to customize the Printable Version to only print days of the work week: Mon-Fri, so all calendar events for a week would appear more clearly on a single sheet of paper.
