[Building Sakai] Tool development from Sakai 2.9.3 to Sakai 10

Hi there,

I am almost finishing a tool within Sakai 2.9.3 using RSF framework
and Global Session Factory for my database approach.

Is there any guidelines available to me to just build and run my app
on Sakai 10?
