[Building Sakai] Clog Admin Tool

Hi BJ,

Login as admin, or a member of the admin workspace, and click on the sites
tool. Click on the admin workspace (~admin) and add a new page called Clog
Admin, then add a new tool. The tool's called Cog Admin. You should then be
able to select the blog tool whose data you want to import.

The tool looks a bit lame as I need to update the display code. It should
work though. It's non destructive - all the original data is left in place,
just copied.
