[Building Sakai] LTI mapping for Sakai roles

Jim,

You are pretty much right - anyone with site.upd is given Instructor and all others are given Learner as the default IMS role.   In Sakai, 
we also pass the real role within Sakai in this field:

ext_sakai_role

There is also this mapping JIRA - I did not write this and am less familiar with it.
