[Building Sakai] Stack Overflow vs. Atlassian Questions

Those who attended the last PMC meeting in Miami may recall that I reported
that the Kuali Community had explored Stack Overflow and found it difficult
to muster enough questions, answers, and influence to break out of Area51.
Interestingly, Kuail is proposing to explore Atlassian Questions.  I have
cross posted a message below.

Last summer there was an effort to see if we could get onboard with Stack
Exchange to use for Kuali knowledge sharing, but the required level of
engagement was too high for the Kuali Community. It appears that Atlassian
now has a product called Confluence Questions that may be able to satisfy
our needs for a knowledge share. Should we be building cross project
support for this tool like we were trying to build with Stack Exchange?

 It is currently installed on the wiki test server at
https://test-wiki.kuali.org/questions.

 Are there any plans to roll this out to the production wiki instance?
