This is a skin question.
I would go with a responsive typography to adjust the base font size in
relation to your screen size. You don't want to have a huge font size on a
small screen and have to scroll like crazy.
Here's a quick overview.

To find an appropriate font-size for your screen size you'll need to use the
line measure (length). The line measure for body copy is between 50-75
characters is the standard best practice.

viewport units.
