[Building Sakai] Samigo file and attachment storage

Please see below for my comments:


As far as I can tell, Samigo has three ways of dealing with files and

If samigo.saveMediaToDb is false, the files will be stored in

I believe Import/Export feature use samigo.answerUploadRepositoryPath as a
