[Building Sakai] Trunk: profile and roster removed from .externals

Jenkins is still trying to build profile and failing.

I've created https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/INFRSTR-268 about this.

David Horwitz has already commented twice on it.

More failures can be found on http://builds.sakaiproject.org:8080/

Looks like most is related to 
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-25742.

Let's check again when the dust settles down.
