[Building Sakai] Trunk: profile and roster removed from .externals

The inclusion of roster2 along with profile2 enhancements in trunk for Sakai 10 has rendered obsolete both the profile and roster modules.  Although the trunk build has excluded these two modules for some time they were still included in .externals and included in the checkout.

Both have been removed from .externals as of r134412.

I suggest that trunk developers do the following regarding your local trunk check out:

sakaiger$ cd sakai-trunk 
sakaiger$ rm -rf profile
sakaiger$ rm -rf roster
sakaiger$ svn up
