[Building Sakai] WebDAV and LDAP configuration

Hello All,

It turns out that only certain user group who needs to be authenticated
with LDAP #A is having difficulty to connect WebDAV.
Previously, tomcat log showed unknown cert error as follows:

javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException:
sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed:
sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find
valid certification path to requested target

so we renew the LDAP cert and tomcat no longer shows the cert error. All
ports are open from both ends. However, if this user group tries to login
via WebDAV, they are still getting an error message: "There was a problem
connecting to the server 'sakai.ourCollege.edu'. Contact your system
administrator for more information".

I hope somebody can point me in the right direction to resolve this issue.

Thank you.
