[Building Sakai] LTI2 interfaces

I've been looking a little into LTI 2 and see that there will be the promise of a way to establish RESTful interfaces between consumer and provider, which seems like a needed capability. I can imagine a number of interfaces between the systems that might be important.Has there been a suggested/prioritized list of services that an LMS should provide and that a tool might reasonably expect to find during registration?
