[Building Sakai] help - video integration

[Neal Caidin]

I have no idea if this feature set is related, but a new Apereo 
incubation project is Opencast Matterhorn.

http://opencast.org/matterhorn/

I think it is mostly for video capture, but sounds like it has 
management capabilities as well.
